"Terrible. Los empleados homofóbicos. Eramos 3 parejas, las dos hetero tuvieron camas dovles, los dos varones camas mini twin. Habiendo habitaciones full disponibles. El desayuno fatal. Se suponía que era hasta las 10:30am y a las 9am no había nada. Al preguntar dijeron que no habría nada más. La recomendación para la cena fatal. Carísimo y malísimo. Hay lugares mejores que los recomendados. La supuesta terraza no funciona. El restaurante tampoco. No había acondicionador de aire. Había que dormir con las ventanas abiertas con todo el polvo de la calle, el ruido y el humo. El shampoo se acabó al instante. La ducha sucia y rota! Los pisos de la habitación sucios. Un fracaso total."

"Very friendly staff. The property was very well maintained and in a perfect location to walk to some of the key sites in Istanbul. Breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Is by public transportation, although we did not utilize it. Highly recommend and we had a very good experience there."
