"The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

"The hotel is located just a few minute walk from Piccadilly Station which is also in a center of shopping area. You can also find good restaurants and bars near by the hotel. Hotel room and facilities is great, as well as service."

"Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it....

"This has been our “go-to” hotel for twenty plus years. Something has changed on this visit. We arrived only to find water dripping from ceiling in bathroom! Alternative room was next to outdoor bar/seating area — meaning loud. The GM was kind to provide a one night-free apology which, while appreciated, was not the wonderful experience we have come to receive at The Stafford. I hope they can recreate the old beauty of their property since this experience fell far short of historic standards!"
