"Where do I start? I was 100% pleased with this hotel. Location was a huge PLUS, walkable to all you need. The hotel is very boutique and modern. The open kitchen with free coffee was amazing, and to get a breakfast bag on your door each morning was just the right touch to be even happier of staying here. The front desk staff was always professional and willing to meet my needs. Love it and recommend it. "

"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The property feels very new and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The lobby has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that really sets the tone when you arrive. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious with a very nice overall decor. A couple of small things could be improved. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the room, and the glass doors in the bathroom were not very practical for a family stay, as they don’t offer much privacy."

"I wasn’t aware I booked a hostel as I never do that, however…I have a new appreciation for these modernized hostel ideas! Our private room was small but adequate. Mainly there for sleeping and charging devices. We loved the common area! It’s fully stocked and lovely place to chill. Someone sat down and gave us a free piano performance the first day! It’s walkable to a lot of things and attractions. HOLD ONTO YOUR PURSES while out! The staff during the stay was great, however was not so accommodating when we returned the following week to ask for some assistance."
