"Hotel was beautiful. It is right in the middle of the Square and around the corner from Mercado de San Miguel Food Market. We had a view of the Square from our room. The front desk personnel and manager were very friendly.

"I booked this hotel after our arrival to Madrid and the main reason was the review I read here. I noticed a consensus with how great services is at this hotel. Those reviews were right. The service staff at this hotel is spectacular. The security folks, receptionists, pool lifeguard, rooftop bartenders. Awesome! I also read that reviews stating that they should play music at the rooftop and I agree with that as well. I will return to this hotel. "
"This is the first time in 25 years I stayed in a hostel. It far exceeded my expectations. I started in a 4 person so female dorm. Or bathroom was clean. The staff was super friendly. I had their breakfast one morning which was better nice. It includes Selection of meat, cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, eggs and two coffee machines. The lobby is very trendy and conducive to hanging out. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it. I was having alone. "
"We had a lovely stay in a cozy little room that was clean, comfortable, and equipped with AC. The bathroom was spotless, and everything felt well taken care of. Hola Rooms reached out to us before our arrival to confirm our check-in time, which was a nice touch and made everything smooth. The night was quiet and peaceful, and we really appreciated being allowed to stay a bit after check-out. Great hospitality—would definitely recommend!"
