Only thing that was a little disappointing is they advertise a little pool to cool off in at the end of a long hot day and there was not a pool anymore. "

"From the airport, train then BTS metro on station away then 3 min walk. 15mins walk to MBK building. Customer service was good except this one incident where they made me wait 20mins for a fresh towel. the 12 bed dorm had new comfy mattress and a curtain for privacy. The bathrooms are always clean. WiFi was good. free breakfast was a disappointment. kitchen and lounge space was good. 2 new computers free to use."
