Unfortunately, one morning when I was trying to forward my luggage, the front desk staff did not seem fully familiar with the process and I ended up missing my train due to her completing wrong ppw first (to airport instead of hotel) and I had to pay 5000 yen for a taxi to catch my Shinkansen"
