"I loved this place, but my review would be higher if they had an air conditioner. I paid for two rooms, and when we called the front desk while we were sweating, they told us we couldn't change it. The air/heating affects the whole floor. We did have a window we could open, but the nights would be loud. This is in a great location and walkable to about everything. "

"This is my favorite hotel in Osaka. Great location near Den-Den and Shinsekai, friendly staff, unlimited alcohol and ice cream, big indoor onsen, rooftop patio, and cool activities hosted twice a day. All of the Bridge Group hotels are a win. "
