Stay is perfected by very helpful hotel staff, especially Alisa, who helped with putting me on the same room type for both nights despite my separate booking of different types due to unavailability online."

The room was small, but it was quiet and clean. Onsen was never crowded. We enjoyed it with perfect temperature. Highly recommend this hotel, but especially for breakfast buffet!"
