Tiny little pool

This place located where travelers with a car might find convenient. I booked here for 5 nights because of the swimming pool photos but left after the first night because pool way too small for actual swimming. Little kids would love it. With our JR Rail Pass, lodging near a station makes more sense.

Firstly, no one answer my message before the trip. When I arrived the hotel, the staff just give me the room card without further introducing the amenities and I found no slippers when I enter the room. The most ridiculous thing is you need to pay extra for room cleaning service.😂

Morgenmad kunne ikke tilkøbes

Ved bestilling af hotellet via Hotels.com, var det ikke muligt at bestille morgenmad. Men det var oplyst at morgenmad var tilgængelig og kunne tilkøbes. Ved ankomsten, ville vi derfor gerne bestille og betale for morgenmad for hver dag under hele opholdet på 9 nætter. Det kunne vi ikke få lov til, og fik blot at vide at morgenmad skulle bestilles ved bestillingen af hotelværelset, og da dette ikke var gjort, kunne vi ikke få lov til at tilkøbe morgenmad. Ingen yderligere begrundelse. Dette medførte at vi hver morgen måtte tage til en nærliggende restaurant for at få morgenmad. Under hele opholdet blev der ikke gjort rent, eller skiftet linned eller håndklæder, men det var oplyst på en seddel at dette kunne tilkøbes, hvilket vi så valgte ikke at få gjort. Vores værdigenstande blev låst inde i sikkerhedsboksen, som vi ikke kunne åbne, fordi der ikke var en manual på engelsk, men udelukkende på japansk. Det var heller ikke muligt at få tv'et til at virke, måske fordi der ikke var engelsk manual. I det hele taget var det næsten umuligt at kommunikere med personalet i receptionen, fordi de ikke kunne tale engelsk.

3泊で利用させて頂きました。 接客はとても良かったです、 が、部屋のキーの不具合が二日あり、極寒の中子どもたちと荷物と共にフロントと部屋前を往復したり、室内用スリッパはないのかなぁと思っているとベットの下にグチャグチャになったものがありました… そしてベットの下もものすごいホコリの量に以前の利用者たちのゴミ？忘れ物？のようなものがちらほら見えました。 浴室ですが浴槽がざらついており、ルームサービスのボディタオルで洗剤をつけて洗ってからの使用をしました。 湯気が増えると換気扇から茶色い水が落ちてきていました。 お値段や接客面ではとても利用しやすいですが 清潔感に欠け、ハウスダストやダニアレルギーがある子がいたのでなるべく室内に滞在しないようにして過ごしました。 朝食もつけていたのですが 大人1人1500円払うのは勿体無いと個人的に思いました。 食事する場所も薄暗く、清潔感に欠けていて 電子レンジで温めている音がキッチンよりずっと聞こえていました。 ホテル利用時に重視する部分は清潔感ですが その点に感じてはひどかったです。 外観や接客はとても良いと思いました！
