"The place was very clean and quiet. It felt like we had it all to ourselves. The kimono station was a plus that’s we didn’t expect. Free coffee/tea in the lobby was nice. Shower and toilet were awesome. We loved the place and it was in a more residential area which made it more authentic. Walkable to a beautiful Shinto shrine garden and Nijo Castle. Sanjo street is a nice walk also. "
"We stayed at Yadotu Kyoto Hanare for 6 days and it was amazung!! This place is truly extraordinary - you get lots of space, full comfort and luxury in real, authentic Japanese way. It was a real pleasure to come back to this wonderful home after a long day filled with fantastic experiences. We are very thankful for having the opportunity to stay here. "New hotel, clean and great location. Hotel located in quite place but we could walk to everywhere, also the railways station that not far from hotel, then you can use the train to transfer to the tourist attractions that so convenient.
Front desk always greeting us with warm welcome and smile. They really take care all deatils of the guest. So appreciated and for sure we would love to stay here again.
The room was so nice and spacious, we love our room and we so enjoyed with our stay 5...
"Very very nice and small hotel. The service is excellent. So so kind people always welcoming you. As the hotel is small, the breakfast is served in your room, and it was the best brekfast we have had in a 3 weeks travel. Location is perfect, we would highly recommend this hotel. "
"It was our family’s first time staying at a machiya. It was an easy place to find upon arrival in Kyoto. The house was lovely. The tea ceremony at check-in along with the Japanese sweets were much appreciated. They were able to help us arrange for delivery of our luggage onwards to our next city. "Such an unforgettable Japanese experience in the heart of Kyoto! The traditional house is well kept and equipped, offers us a very comfortable place for living. The place is centrally located, close to JR and metro stations. Close by there are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, all very local. Communication with the ower was easy and responsive. Highly recommended and I will stay here again next time!"
"Our unit came with two bedrooms, one full bathroom and an extra toilet/sink, a dining area, refrigerator, microwave, and even a Dyson hairdryer. They provided all the bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, face wash, face lotion, body lotion, wash cloths, razor, hair brush, shower caps, q tips, and toothbrushes. "For a hotel chain apart of the Marriott bonvey family this is a real nice hotel. Modern, clean looking, the service and the staff were amazing including delivering my hotel luggage to the next hotel i was staying at and the station nearby was great only a 5 minute walk and the free hotel umbrellas provided were incredible because we came in during the rainy season "
