"The hotel is stunning, so beautiful. Staff are great. But they can’t speak english. Ps. I was lucky there was intern who can speak English during my stay except for her others can’t speak english"

"The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!"

"チェックインした際に、清掃が未実施であり、前の宿泊者が使用した布団、タオル、食器、ゴミなど全てそのままの状態であった。楽しみにしていた旅行だったが非常に不快な思いをした。今後この様な事がない様に徹底していただきたい。"

"Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!"

The property is stunning, the staff are incredibly warm and kind, and the food was exceptional. I got a room with a balcony over the fish pond and a private bath and I enjoyed every second of my stay. I will absolutely come back the next time I am in Japan.
