"Excellent"

"Great hotel for a family with 8 year old kids. Very friendly staff. Easy hotel to get to places and just ‘be’ in central Tokyo."

"Location is perfect "

"We liked the wash/dry machine in the room. The staff were nice especially Mr. Naoki helped us print out our train tickets. We’re not sure how to go with"

"The receptionists has always been extremely helpful and the room was spotless. My only choice of stay whenever in Tokyo. Have been choosing Celurean for my last 8 trips in Tokyo."

"I really like staying here. Every time I come to Tokyo, I stay here for over 10 years. The accommodation is convenient, the staff are lovely. Thank you very much."

"Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels"

"Great stay! Recommend; but 10-15 min walk from Shibuya station"

"I love that it is so quiet! You would think it would be noisy since it’s not actual rooms with walls separating the guests but it was so quiet. Also staff was super sweet and helpful! My flight got delayed so they allowed me to check in the next day at 3 AM. I still had a reservation but check-in ends at midnight so the fact that they let me do that is amazing. Totally recommend!!"

"Vibey spot with great location. Recommend"

"Very good everything . "

"Great team members, very friendly and knowledgeable"

"We stayed 1 night here. This is a budget hotel:the room is very small, not much space for our small luggage and cemetery and train behind the building. The room and bathroom needs to be updated. There is a small fridge but doesn’t get cold. I like the onsen, also small but hot enough. It is abt 10min walk to shibuya crossing, 12-15 min walk to shibuya or hachiko train station and the mark city mall where u can take the airport bus. They also offer bfast with a fee (¥5000 for the 2 of us), not...

"Great location, decent sized room, good breakfast, odd entry to the hotel. Our room had an amazing 180 degree view of the city but was awkwardly shaped (kinda like a triangle) which made it a bit challenging to store our luggage. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to many wonderful locations. The only negative was that there was no place for car to pull up to drop us off so they had to block traffic while we exited the car and took out our luggage. We then needed to walk to a...
