"I like this place because it is in the middle of the Shibuya activities! You can walk anywhere and find restaurants, shopping, malls, and fun things to do! You can walk to the train station as well! Shibuya is a hub of activities!"

"We travel to Japan to celebrate our daughter's fifteen birthday. We arrived early so they offered a rest area to freshen up until the room was available. When we got to our room we found a birthday card on the table with some pastries. It was a very nice detail.The room was immaculate and also we got views of the Tokyo tower. Staff was very helpful even guiding my daughter to the breakfast buffet to explain allergen foods since she's allergic to nuts.They also have a lounge area stocked with japanese sweets,ice cream,coffee, and souvenirs.In addition, they offered free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, etc.) Also, there's a resting area and tucked in the corner a very quiet space where you have to take your shoes off. It is five minutes from Shibuya crossing and all of the shops and restaurants."

"The Granbell seems like its past its prime days — once a nice hotel has fallen into a need of renovation. Besides the tiny room and the fact that the lighting (especially in the bathroom) was terrible, the service was very good, the bed was very comfortable, the amenities were sufficient, the location is excellent and the price affordable. In this case, you get what you pay for."
