"The service wasn’t meets my expectations. The staff was not impressed. One day the housekeeper cleaned my room at 17:30 and I told her to come back in 30 min cuz I will take a shower. She answered me can’t wait because she want to go home :( While the concierge and receptionist are let me carry my 2 suitcases by myself. I will not stay in this hotel again."
"Conveniently located near Seoul station, many buses and a short walk from Myeong-dong. It was clean, the breakfast was a nice touch and being able to store your luggage at no extra cost was greatly appreciated. The perfect place to stay for a night before onward travel after a long flight."
