"This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Clean and spacious rooms. Very large and comfortable beds with lovely big TV. Amazing shower and also a big bath. We stayed in a room overlooking the atrium so had no natural light which was strange. The lighting in the room made it difficult to put your makeup on. The toiletries were empty near the bath and were not topped up. Could do with a plug for phone charger near the bed and plug for hairdryer near the dressing table. Minor details as overall was a lovely stay in a very comfortable room."

The room was clean, all the staff were friendly, particularly the doormen who offered to carry our suitcases, wished us good mornings and opened the doors promptly, as well as being genuinely interested in us as people. The 12th knot rooftop bar was very good too, great views across the Thames. Only criticism is the cost of the minibar and any snacks in the room, would recommend bringing your own. Also an option to opt out of housekeeping for the stay and receive credit to use in the bars or restaurants which was good. Great location as well, very close to Blackfriars train station and Waterloo, as well as right across the bridge from St Paul’s and a short distance from the London eye, Big Ben and other tourist attractions. Many restaurants nearby as well, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also option to put room key within the Apple wallet. Would recommend and stay again."
