"Day staff was very helpful. Nice having coffee available in the lobby in tbe mornings. When we had early morning pick-ups the night staff would make the coffee earlier so we could get some. Excellent location. And our balcony overlooking tbe lake was a gem. The room cleaning person made a different towel animal on our beds every day. So sweet. "

"I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.).
