"The staff at this resort go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the small things like remembering your name, if you take your coffee with cream or if you prefer a a certain sauce with every meal. If you need anything to your room someone answers promptly and takes it quickly. Everyone is so kind and the resort is simply amazing. Highly recommend to stay here. Elmer, Alex and Edwin the driver are great! "

"Great air conditioning, hot water, staff let us store our bags during our day trip to Tikal after we checked out, and had a free airport shuttle. 10/10 would recommend for good value and friendly staff!"
