Highly recommended! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, food is delicious, rooms are spacious and spotless. Lovely facilities, can't wait to come back to Flores and stay at Tepeu again.

The hotel is brand new, the rooms and facilities are great. It has a nice pool area and a good bar/restaurant. It's probably the best value for money in the whole area of Flores. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Tepeú. The only disadvantage is the location: you need around 5-10 minutes by tuktuk to get to the island with most bars and restaurants. In the area around the hotel there is absolutely nothing to do.

I pay extra to get a luxury room. For me and my love One. Kind bead room. The room is to small.it is on standard room. My room was on the third floor. No elevator. They switched me to a standard room on the grand floor. The said they can’t give me the difference. Don’t like it.

Really nice hotel. Clean atmosphere and rooms super clean with modern fixtures and furnishings. Really nice bathrooms. The pool was perfect with a nice bar and tables. This hotel is not on the water but just a couple of minutes up the street. Great stay.

The hotel was great. If I may suggest to put assemble a shower mat to prevent accidents, because I slipped in the shower- it was an extremely slippery tile in #108- and I really hurt myself. So to equip the bathooms with non-slip shower mats would be my suggestion

Beautiful and relaxing stay! Loved the ambiance! Also we felt at peace since the property has it's own private parking area. The only thing was that the air conditioner started leaking, but the staff acted quickly and moved us to the next room. Overall wonderful stay!

Tuve una experiencia muy agradable en el Hotel Tepeu. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y con todo lo necesario para descansar bien después de un día explorando. La ubicación es excelente, y hay transporte recomendado desde el hotel a diferentes atracciones como Tikal o cráter azul
