"D’abord on nous donne la clé de la chambre et la fenêtre etait ouverte et pas moyen de la fermer ! J’ai réclamé on m’as donné une deuxième exactement la même chose fenêtre cassée ! Je réclame et une troisième chambre pas moyen d’éteindre les lumières ! On a du dormir avec les lumières ! Et en plus la télé était bloquée sur le football ! Pas moyen de voir autre programme !!! Mauvaise expérience !"

"A lovely hotel in an old custom house on the square in the centre of Ordunia. Excellent food and well situated to explore on foot. Highly recommended!"

"The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again."

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! "A beautifully reformed historic building dating back to the late 1700s. Reyes the owner has done a tasteful makeover with modern bathroom on site parking, generous kitchen amenities and a helpful and friendly welcome to her guests. Enhorabuena- congratulations Reyes. We'd love to visit if passing again and 1 hour to Bilbao port is a bonus for certain travellers."
