Hoy por hoy no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Con 3 tiene suficientes. Los enchufes están medio sueltos; el spa es caro para lo que es y en los colchones se notan los muelles. Lo mejor: el personal. Muy amables y atentos.

Hotel impecable, a pesar de algunas opiniones que había leído, el Hotel está muy bien. Muy cerca de la parada de tranvía que te permite ir al centro o a cualquier otra parte de Vitoria muy cómodamente. Muchos detalles que alegran tu estancia y te hacen sentir casi como en casa. Lastima haber estado tan poco tiempo y no haber podido disfrutar del Spa ni del restaurante. Espero volver.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, es 4 estrellas…los servicios de un 5 estrellas son mas numerosos y mayor calidad. Un hotel de 5 estrellas no suele cobrar 40€ por un check in anterior a las 13:00 horas y es lo que me cobraron.

Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et confortable avec un lit king size. Très propre. Petit déjeuner assez varié mais cher. Hôtel très éloigné du centre ville. Spa agréable, mais cher et surtout sur le site rien n'est précisé au fait que le Spa est payant. C'était pour nous une surprise !!! C'est tout de même 20€ de l'heure !!!
