Comfort in old-style hotel

Nice room in old building, a/c just about coped with 38c outside. Decent breakfast and reasonably priced dinner (onsite restaurant was not open when we stayed). Location is ok but it was a drive or bus to get into the city. The nice Salburua nature reserve can be accessed close by with good walking/birding and cycling.

Excellent choice, beautiful 16 th century palace. Very well preserved to detail. Excellent staff, friendly and easy going. Close to the city which is full of restaurants, bars and fun people. Easy driving from there to vineyards

The hotel was lovely we had chosen it because the restaurant had been recommended and we did not want to travel off site for our evening meal. Unbeknownst to us there was a wedding at the property and the restaurant was closed. Had we known this in advance r we would have organised something else. Fortunately the wedding finished at 9.30 but we were very disappointed about not having a meal.

Habitación limpia. Colchón muy cómodo. Personal atento, pero escaso. Desayuno buffet, lo justo para ser aceptable, teniendo en cuenta que no hay opciones alrededor. Pero el dato más importante es que está muy a desmano si lo que vas es un fin de semana a conocer la ciudad.

Me encantó el hotel , muy acogedor y muy bien cuidado. Limpieza excepcional, cama cómoda, habitaciones espaciosas. La única pega es que no están del todo insonorizadas , pero imagino que no se podrá hacer mayor reforma por la antigüedad del edificio. Rubén fue muy agradable y muy atento.

Colchón muy malo

Nos ha parecido un sitio muy bonito y acogedor, muy limpio y el personal muy atento. Solamente recomendaría que colgasen la televisión de la pared, porque desde la cama es muy incómodo para verla. Por lo demás, ha sido una estancia muy agradable.
