"Cleam room"

"Great staff. Room was spacious and clean. We also loved the breakfast buffet."

"Conveniently located near the Wetlands entertainment area. It is easily walkable from the hotel."

"I had a very good experience overall. The property is nice, clean, and the staff provided great service during my stay. The only downside was the noise insulation. My room had an interconnecting door to the next room, and sound traveled right through it—I could clearly hear whatever the people next door were talking about."

"First time but definitely not the last. Location is everything.. Perfect for couple of nights. Breakfast was very good, just by the pool. Don't expect luxury at this price but it's very comfy and staff is amazing."

Nice restaurant onsite, with very welcoming staff, great food. The main issue is beyond the hotel's control, that is, overwhelming construction site noise on all sides of hotel. Noise from next door worksites is brutal depending on where your room is located. Housekeeping can do with better training to initiate cleaning, not use...

"The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice? I had to go back down again and wait even longer. The front desk manager, hotel manager and even the general manager shook my hand as if that was going to...

"Clean room. Lovely staff at desk and restaurant"

"Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall."
