Great location in Westlands near upscale Westgate mall. Easily accessible. Staff very warm and responsive. Manager Paul is exceptional and his reception desk staff. Nice restaurant onsite, with very welcoming staff, great food. The main issue is beyond the hotel's control, that is, overwhelming construction site noise on all sides of hotel. Noise from next door worksites is brutal depending on where your room is located. Housekeeping can do with better training to initiate cleaning, not use hands without gloves to make beds, hold linen, cups, water bottles immediately after mopping floor with bare hands without washing hands! Bed linen and towels need replacement, they are worn out and changed from white color. There were some plumbing issues. But again, staff were responsive and caring, which made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel despite the few negatives which can be addressed if possible.

It’s true that the place is dated, shower water in one of the three rooms we booked was not hot, all shower rooms leaked quite badly… But the staffs are nice & helpful, front desk was very kind to upgrade one of the 3 room booked 19th - 21st & the room we booked after our safari trips on 27th to a suite, indeed a very convenient & comfortable arrangement for the family of 5. we particularly like its great location !!! 1 min walk from the very convenient Westgate mall where there are forex bureau to exchange KES , safaricom to get SIM, various restaurants & good cafes for food & good coffee ( we particularly like Spring Valley), Masai market on Tue & Wed for shopping Kenyan crafts, & Carrfour to get souvenirs of kenya coffee, tea & nuts etc which is a nice conclusion to our exciting trip

We stayed here for a week. I first want to say, the staff was AMAZING!! From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone went above and beyond with everything. It made us feel welcome and like we were more than just customers. The hotel is next to a mall and within walking distance of another one. I think it was in a great location. I never waited more than 2 mins for an Uber. The downside is that the place could use a sprucing up. A refresh and the building would give a larger hotel a run for its money. The cleaning staff needs to put trash bags in the can. I never understood why she never did, but I will say she was kind, thoughtful, respectful, and didn't mind helping out when asked. If I visited Kenya again, I would stay there

Friendly helpful staff. Very good location next door to Westgate Mall and about 3 blocks from Sarit Center Mall so excellent access to shopping and IT support like SIM cards. Room was ok - firm king size bed but rather sparse for furniture but staying in the room was not the priority of the visit. Breakfast was good - à la cart for my first three mornings but buffet for the forth morning. Sadly they had no yogurt available (despite being on the options card) but the coffee was very good. Helpful with arranging airport pickup for after midnight arrival and checkin. Very decent value for money for this hotel.
