My second stay at this location, short walk to beach and downtown so perfect to be close to everything. One note, be sure to contact them a few days in advance if you plan to arrive after hours so they can provide you the codes to get into the facility and your room.

Our room was really clean and this property is so close to the beach. They let you use coolers, beach chairs, and beach wagons. We were even allowed to use them on our checkout day for the full day which was really helpful!

Very friendly and thorough front desk staff. Very convenient parking. So close to a great beach entrance one way and restaurants (especially Summer House) the other way. Cute, small bungalow. Loved that they supplied a bag cooler. Pool is smaller but heated. Excellent bathroom and shower. Comfy soft bed. Will definitely come back.

Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous on a daily basis. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Only two minutes from the main town where all the restaurants are. We are provided beach chairs, a mini cooler, and a wagon to take to the beach, which was only two minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying at the villas!

Clean, quaint room. Convenience of location and beach/restaurant access was excellent! Loved the complimentary beach chairs, cooler, and wagon to get there. And used the bikes alot. Parked the car on Friday and didn't need to touch it until we checked out Monday. Long weekend was perfect tonic to cold, dull northern winter!!

We had a 1 bdrm efficiency for 3 people. Sofa bed and room bed were very comfortable. It had very modern decor. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, towels and a mini cooler were provided too! We will be back.

We have been coming to this place for years! There is laundry on site, the staff is super helpful, and the location can’t be beat. There are dining options within a few minutes - walking distance. The beach is a short walk from the room which has chairs, a cooler, beach towels and a wagon to make it as easy as possible to just go!

the location is great, and we had a great time visiting Siesta! I would stay here again! The only issue we had in 5 nights was that our laundry was stuck in the laundry closet for over 12 hours as the door battery died and front desk did not have a key to get in, and property maintenance was also unable to open the door until the following day - no one checked on us or kept us in the loop so we just had to keep trying until we could get our clothes back, no apologies or anything. It would have been nice to at least acknowledge the inconvenience and worry we had about our belongings and were afraid to go to far away from the property with our belongings not knowing who would get to them once they figured out the door repair. However, the location to the village and the beach was awesome and we would absolutely return.
