Room was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating the property has some wear and tear. It's next to warehouses and a highway so you have to drive to anywhere interesting. Before the price it was a great value

Clean room, decent beds. Font desk staff was helpful and kind. The property really needs exterior cleanup. Pressure washing walkways, painting the building and especially the doors, cleaning up trash and cigarette butts. Such a lovely location on the river. It's a shame that it isn't used to it's full potential.
