"It was closer to Vatican and we could walk there in 5 - 10 minutes. There was a grocery store nearby and washer and dryer inside the apartment (we could wash our clothes and it was convenient because we were travelling with two kids and did not want to carry lot of clothes for our trip).

Surrounded by excellent restaurants and easily walkable to many of the major sights in Rome. The hotel reception was helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. "We had a great stay in Rome River Inn! The room was clean and nice. We got a warm welcome and nice Tipps for our stay. The breakfast is 5 minutes by feet away in the sister hotel, but the breakfast itself was delicious. It was a small buffet where you got some bread with different cold cuts, scrambled eggs and some sweets. The service there was also nice and you get hot drinks there. We were satisfied with our stay!"
"2nd stay at Gran Melia it’s a beautiful hotel, stunning swimming pool area, the staff are fantastic, hotel suites are very comfortable and well designed.
There are a couple of things that I personally would like to see changed.
Welcome drinks on arrival to the hotel. When it’s 38° outside and guests have travelled all day, the hotel should at least offer water on arrival.

We arrived late and there was no one to welcome us but, the communication to check in late was well organised and well managed.
We stayed in the Quadruple room, it was perfect for us. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job keeping our room clean.
We are surely looking to stay here in the future.
