"We happen to come when Hurricane Lorena was passing by. The hotel was impacted and suffered a few leaks and delay in some services as expected. However, the service was excellent and they went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Good restaurant choices were great-fresh and delicious and drinks were on par. Highly recommend. "

"I don’t think I can put into words how amazing, incredible One & Only palmillas was. From the Acienda feel, to the amenities, the food, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. I can not wait to go back. The only moment we were both sad was when we had to leave. Los queremos mucho! "

"Everyone from the House keeper Elizabeth and My Pool guy servano he was amazing !!! great Service and the most important one was Jesus he made sure i was treated like a queen... 10 /10 service I love my stay. The hotel is very very nice, Beach access was amazing, Cabana's were amazing comfy, I will be back again for sure."
