"Alfredo was our server by the pool that has the daily activities. He was very attentive and super friendly! Wednesday, 7/5 & Thursday, 7/6 both evenings we visited the golf simulator & Estefan the bartender and Dayna the young lady that checks you in upon arrival, were super friendly and gave great customer service! They made our stay very pleasant and very enjoyable! I highly recommended this hotel!"

"Room was beautiful and an oasis to return to after a hot day. Beds were very comfortable and view from balcony was amazing. Balcony could have done with more than just 2 chairs. Food at Baja Brewing was mediocre and margarita was undrinkable. Breakfast was great at Aleita with beautiful beach view. Beach club area was poorly managed. We had to ask several times to get towels, and it seemed to be a hassle for the staff to find vacant beach loungers when we asked for them (we did use the reservation service once which worked well). I would recommend this location."

"Arranged pick up from SJD via the Hilton, flawless. Check in was easy- room was ready even though we are got here around 12:30. That was super nice! The room was great. Ocean Front, 2 beds, big balcony and a really nice bathroom w shower and tub. Pools were the best I have ever experienced. Keep in my I have two kids under ten. Huge infinity pool with a great view . Kids pool was great too but spent most of our pool time at the main pool. The beach is amazing; they have a nice man made break created to allow for swimming. We ate at Vela, Lena, Mio and got coffee and pastries from Arcos. All solid. Got a massage and used the spa facilities - it’s a must. The staff was great, Ismael, Edson and everyone else at the property were great."

We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return.
