"The hotel is very nice, well appointed and immaculate. All hotel employees we encountered were friendly, welcoming and professional. The front desk staff provided a map of things to see and kindly explained the best places to visit, as well as calling Ubers for our family. The bar was fun, great drinks, and a great way to relax after a long day of site seeing. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere! Very much appreciated the maid service, finding cookies...

It was so convenient for us as it is right across the street from the train and the tram station, so we didn’t have to drag our luggage very far! I felt completely safe.
