"WORST experience ever.. the place is nice but the front desk KERI was rude, discriminating, and cheating us charging us 2x saying we need to pay and expedited and accusing us of refusing to pay while I gave my car and she took it out right away. Told my daughters and mom to leave her office cause they were yelling while they were not it’s all on camera ended up calling the police, police didn’t even understand her when she try to explain what credientials are. KERI also refuse to call her manager or give me the correct number for her manager EVELYN that never called us back to apologize or anything. The place is nice the customer service is MESSED UP would never waste my MONEY here again."

"Parking is tough when you arrive late night but you still pay $22 per night. We arrived at 10pm and it had rained first time guests here and front desk lady hands us a map. We had no clue where to start. They should have a person or security take people to the rooms since property is big, poorly lit outside and building markings not clear. I booked a king bed room and I was checked into a queen bed smaller room than I booked but once I called the management ended up giving me credit when we were checking out I am yet to confirm this credit. Staff were nice and polite Dave mainatance staff helped us find our room as we wondered lost in the dark on the first night. Next day we got list but a staff member from the kitchen took walked us to the breakfast place. Breakfast is just ok. I think having stayed in awesome hotels in the past for the amount of money this place charges its not worth it. Its a regular place to lay your head. Nothing fancy. If you are exhausted you can get easily frustrated. We asked for microwave and towels about 830pm we dint get anything until 1130pm we had already gone to bed. They are under staffed so they will not pick up the phone. I think overall this is a 3 star hotel. Other hotels maybe better. Their gym is excellent I got to work out so this was a highlight. But thats about it. The room is super cold no way to adjust temp. Blanket super thin."

"This hotel was amazing. It was absolutely beautifully maintained. It smelled great. Our room was luxurious. We had a chance to have a nightcap in the restaurant and it was terrific. Our bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again a 12 out of a 10."
