"The hotel generally looked well maintained, but the TV in our room didn't work, and neither did the plug that my wife thought was charging her iPad. When I reported this to the receptionist at checkout I got a cheerful, "Thanks! I'll report this to maintenance. You're all checked out!" I didn't press the issue."

"We enjoyed our stay and I'm planning on another just to enjoy downtown Los Gatos. The room we were in had drywall falling off the roof in the shower, and I wouldn't recommend these rooms if you are not comfortable with sharing bathroom space-the trendy frosted glass thing in the bathroom was more transparent than another room we had stayed in, so if you're not comfortable with that level of sharing...it's important to know. Maybe because I booked through Hotels.com they give out lower quality room? But in general, the facility was wonderful, suited our needs, was as comfortable as a hotel can be. I would recommend staying there."

"Really mixed stay. Great: ~Staff friendly ~Room clean Good: ~Breakfast (waffles and sausage delicious, but no eggs) Bad: ~Loud Noise in Room: Our room, 202, had a refrigerator that made a crazy amount of noise, cycling on and off through the night. It was annoying enough that we had a bad night's sleep (#1 priority for a hotel in my opinion). ~Disgusting Luke Warm Hot Tub: We booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. We have a pretty high tolerance for imperfect hot tubs at hotels (gotta be realistic), but this one was about 97-98 degrees (I actually like "cooler" hot tubs at about 100-101, but this one was too cold to stay in). There were tons of nasty debris floating in the water. The whole surface of the hot tub looked like the attached picture. (We used in evening, so maybe we got unlucky and they clean in the morning?) "

"I was really looking forward to celebrating my husband’s and my birthday weekend at this resort, but unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed. The property appears to be in need of updates and better maintenance. During our stay, the only outdoor adult hot tub was out of order, the cornhole set was worn and falling apart, and the steam rooms were unavailable during our scheduled spa treatments. We were also disappointed to learn that the food truck and poolside drink service were weather-dependent, which wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. Additionally, the in-room products did not meet the level of quality we expected for a resort of this caliber. That said, we did really enjoy the restaurant, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming."

"It is definitely not the most modern hotel and needs some cosmetic updates BUT there is a lot to love. Location is perfect, very walkable, safe and lots of parking. They have free coffee and snacks in the lobby which was really nice after a long drive. The bed and pillows made for perfect sleep. It's quiet here. Bottles of ice cold water in the fridge was another thoughtful touch. Staff could've been nicer (smiles go a long way). Would definitely stay here again. "
