"Walkable to many tourist spots with a cafe 1 meter from the front door. The dome ceiling in one of the bedrooms was reminiscent of Ancient Rome, unfortunately so was the door going into it (under 6-foot clearance and I’m over 6’ tall!) 😂 This is an apartment with no staff on-hand, but they are immediately available via WhatsApp. Only inconvenience was storing luggage 20 minutes away without a courtesy vehicle to bring it. "

"There are 4 rooms only. All on the ground level. That kept everything close and convenient. Walking distance to everything! Safe area. Many small eateries nearby. Tiber River across the street. Good A/C! Clean private bathroom. Wonderful host!!! I would book it again."

The location was perfect to explore Rome by walking, and the AC and amenities (kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits and croissants) were a great bonus. "We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

Only by calling the number provided by Expedia did we reach someone who remotely opened the door and gave us instructions to our room. These instructions had not been communicated to us in advance."

"Really liked the location. Everything was within walking distance. I was on my own and I felt safe. So many people around all the time and there was also a police presence. It wasn't the quietest place because of the people outside the building. I ended up getting Raffaelo , which was a larger room, and I loved it. Lots of windows, big bathroom...it was great"

"Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten genug Platz mit 5 Personen. Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen. Bonus was the roof top restaurant and the best pizza place in the city right across the street! Definitely would recommend and stay here again!"

"I liked the location near Travestere. Bathroom sink was not drained well. Cleanness is just ok for air b&b style. This is not a hotel. There is not enough space to leave cosmetics or toiletry or carrier in the both bathroom and room. Room is very small if you have more than 3 ppl with luggages. Our room door made squeaky sounds, and I could hear other room’s sound as well. Property manager respond quickly to your message through Whatsapp though."
