"Dirty room, hair on the pillows, shower and bathroom window extremely moldy, the head board for the bed was missing, when opening the door to room with key sounds like being buzzed into a jail cell. Location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay for vacation but for an early 5 am flight sure for the price. But dirty dirty."

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"The location was a short walk to the Pompei ruins. The breakfast provided assorted breads, biscuits and baked goods with coffee, tea and juice included. The annex was a short walk away from the main hotel. The parking provided was just in an abandoned field."

"Walter at check in was extremely helpful with orienting us to the hotel, parking, and restaurant options. Our room was well maintained and comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the restaurant had excellent food. Be aware that the parking lot is a bit removed from the hotel front door. There is a golf cart type vehicle used to transport people and luggage to and from the parking lot. One fault - the address to this location is not as it appears on the instructions as Via...

"Staff very good and clean hotel. Refreshments are the biggest issue. Outside of restaurant times nowhere to get drinks/food without going to neighbour hotel. Disappointing not to at least have a kettle in room."

"This hotel was a perfect choice as we arrived by train, it was close to the station so very convenient, and it was a short ride to the hotel. We stayed 3 nights. It was perfect for our meeting spot for the tours we booked. The room was super nice and very comfortable. The restaurant inside and out was perfect and food was very good. The breakfast was great each morning and the staff very friendly."

"Zum zweiten Mal war für uns im Palazzo Rosenthal wohlfühlen und im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen angesagt. ALLE sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer engagiert, kleinste Problemchen schnell zu beheben. Außerdem scheinen unsere Wünsche auf der Stirn gestanden zu haben, denn alles wurde wieder zuvorkommend und „special“ für uns möglich gemacht. "Most breathtaking view. There was a wedding going on big party. Hard to get to narrow streets. The pool was closed and after being told the hot tub was 24 hrs it was closed in the morning. Breakfast was great, dinner not so much. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again."

"Excellent on all aspects. The flat is in a modernized 17th century building, withing a walking distance to some of Naple's best places. There is no elevator but even though I have issues with my ankle, I didn't find them too bad. And the staff is very helpful. It is a wonderful place and I cannot wait to be back."
