Everything was perfect, including the airport shuttle they offer! Great location (but still very quiet considering it’s a block from TS), our room was super clean, staff were awesome and kind.

Trying to get in contact with someone prior to my stay was very difficult. I emailed people and did not hear back. Then called again for them to tell me they took care of what I asked for but I would have never known if I didn't call back to check.
