"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "1st guest at the hotel as I've told. They just recently opened and has restaurant on the property. It's 5 mins or less walk to the beach entrance. Conveniently located at downtown grace bay area near shops and restaurants. The restaurant is delicious and comes with breakfast included. One of the better restaurants in the vicinity! "
