Front desk clerk didn’t seem to know what she was doing when we checked in. Had to run credit card through 4 times. Bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Surprised a linen cleaning fee was added to bill.

There was one working elevator however guest kept trying to overfill it causing it to not work a couple times during the stay. The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned properly. I received text messages around children of other guest misbehaving that were offensive as i was the only african American ...
