The hotel needs some updating but it was fine for our needs. Only very annoying thing was, the people in the next room kept arguing outside the door and slamming the door to the room.

Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Phoenix - Chandler – Airport
Rooms were pretty clean. Didn’t have toilet paper, but went to front desk to get. Walls are paper thin and we could hear everything the family above us was saying and doing. Nothing earplugs can’t fix. Really nice area.
