"When booking I did not realize I had booked a shared bathroom, tried to have it upgraded and the company did not help. The bathroom was cleaned everyday but still seemed to be gross sharing with strangers. The rooms have absolutely no AC in the cabin we were at and that was not well said when booking. "Wonderful simple cabins that are reminiscent of Costa Rica of the past, with very kind helpful hosts. If you’re looking for a quiet clean escape into the cloud forest, this is the place. We were so happy to see all the hummingbirds while we enjoyed the excellent coffee and fresh fruit juice in the morning.
