But one staff in the breakfast room was very rude, not wanting to serve and reminded me that I only had 10 mins left for buffet breakfast on Sat which I already knew and I said to her when I got in. "Lovely room and a great breakfast with hot and cold options to suit everyone. We were on the top floor in room 3007 which had a connecting door with the next room. Not something we needed as it was just the two of us but it would've been great if we were with the teenage kids. The location was also great. Close to St Mark’s but tucked away enough to have a quieter atmosphere. It was really quiet at night… we slept well. "

"Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it."

"Hotel was great. I think though that I might have been shilled by the VERY early morning night manager. I told him that I had used several mini bar items and he advised that he couldn't take the charge on a CC but would have to pay cash. It was only about $35 USD but then I saw a $35 charge on my CC in addition to my room charges ($3000). I'd stay there again in a heart beat but I would NOT trust a night manager again..."
