Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit. "Nós amamos o hotel. Chegamos e fomos recebidos pela Ilaria. O atendimento foi fantástico. Além de nos receber muito bem ela nos deu ótimas dicas. Também amamos a Dona Katia que nos serviu no café da manhã. Ficamos no apto Oscar que super nos atendeu. Além disto a locação foi perfeita pois fizemos tudo a pé. "

"This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, we did not have to walk more than 10 minutes for any major attraction. The apartment itself was luxurious, clean, and just absolutely beautiful. The shower was so relaxing, and we were even given complimentary wine! There is a vending machine with alcoholic beverages, sodas, and water, as well as an ice machine. Plus, the washing machine allowed us to get some laundry done mid trip! I have never written a hotel review...

Breakfast each morning is incredible with an assortment of pastries eggs made to order, bacon, fruit plate. "The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and the rooms were big. My room had a bedroom, a living room, and the beds were comfortable. The location was good too as it was away from the main bar scene of Florence but walking distance (15-25 min) to everything Florence had to offer. The hotel has no amenities but worth it."

"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."

"Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again."

"Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. A lovely terrace to sit on and watch the world go by. Free tea/coffee/water provided throughout the day. Would definitely recommend others to stay at the Hotel Silla! "
