"Friendly reception, convenient to Piazzale Roma. Small rooms, as is typical for Venice, but clean and comfortable. I had no problem with the after-hours checkin - they give you the code for the outside doors and leave the room key for you inside. At night the entrance is off of a very small alley, but not hard to find. "
"Very quaint but old as is all buildings in Venice. We enjoyed the stay and dont open the windows to prevent mosquitoes. Luckily we closed it off by 3pm. "
"Excellent location- 25 minute walk to Basilica and Doge Palace and a 3 minute walk to and from the water taxi. The staff were extremely helpful and patient assisting me with directions to all my tours and and navigating water taxi and bus routes. Also definitely ask them first for restaurant directions. Had the best pasta meal of my life at one of their recommended restaurants."

"Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas pero prácticas. En épocas de calor el aire acondicionado no es suficientemente potente. El personal es muy amable. La zona de fumadores es un gran detalle. En general todo te queda muy cera a 15 o 20 minutos caminando. Es la segunda vez que vamos a ese hotel y con gusto repetiríamos. "
