"good!"

"Breakfast was nice with a big gathering and eating area. The sound of media, news, on screen was not intruding in this area.. The breakfast menu had good choices I Just wanted someone there to ask questions to regarding the food and beverage items."

"Very disappointing experience. My wife, our two children (ages 10 and 3), and I were driving from Los Angeles to Seattle. After nearly seven hours on the road, we stopped in San Jose for one night to rest. We arrived around 10 PM, but the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I showed my confirmed, prepaid booking in the Expedia app, and they eventually gave us a room with an emergency key. After I had showered and put my children to bed, the front desk called and asked me to come...

"Great proximity to the performing arts center"

"I think this property was pretty okay except for the fact that there was major construction happening right across the street. No one told us before we arrived to give us a chance to book elsewhere. Our room looked right at the construction and it's not the construction but the fact that they started work at 8am when we wanted to be able to sleep in after a late night out. We weren't offered anything to compensate - not parking, not a room discount. Nothing. So - our experience was really meh."
