"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. New facility, so everything is spotless, clean, and new. The gardens were beautiful, and the free bike rentals were clutch. It was great biking to near by restaurants, and sights.
