The best stay I've had so far in Vietnam. Luan and his wife were excellent hosts, they picked me up from Tam Coc and provided me with a bike to explore Cuc Phuong National Park!! Amazing stay

Great experience. To my surprise the owner spoke good English. I could tell right away that he was a very friendly and trustworthy person. He and the rest of the family were very hospitable. I stayed in the bungalow and it was very clean with a good quality mosquito net. There is also hot water and they provided shampoo and other toiletries. The location was very quiet and convenient because it is right next to Cuc Phuong Park. and they offer motorbike rental for a good price which is handy. So overall I really couldn't have expected anything more from these very nice and accommodating people.

Der Besitzer und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und hatten den besten Service den ich in 30 Jahren hatte. Wenn etwas benötigt wurde zum Beispiel einen Guide konnte er es zur völligen Zufriedenheit vermitteln. Essen war sehr lecker und wurde in guter Qualität zubereitet. Das alles ist selbst in Vietnam nicht überall selbstverständliche. Wenn noch mal nach Cuc Phuong dann hier. The owner and his family were very friendly and had the best service i have had in 30 years. If something was needed, for example a guide or a transfer, he was able to provide it to my complete satisfaction. The food was very tasty and of good quality. The Bungalows were also very good and everything works. When again than here.

The good: The location was good (close to the park), the couple that runs the place are flexible and nice The bad: There was no TV, no hair drier, no toiletries (like soap or shampoo) which were all listed in the posting. Overall: Enjoyable place if you know what you are getting. It gets really, really dark at night (you are in the middle of nowhere). There will be insects to deal with but you are out in nature so you should be expecting that. The guy will even drive you around the park (for a reasonable fee) in his car.

The bungalows are ideally situated just outside the national park. Scooters are available for rent from the facility and the park is just a short ride away. This is a more rustic experience but the rooms are very well kept. There is not much to do in the surrounding area so be prepared for quiet evenings. The owners were very friendly.
