The staff was great! Shout-out to Aaron at the front desk who helped us check in. Rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. Location was great, plenty of restaurants and shops around to explore. Valet parking was nice as well, finding parking is always such a chore so having parking available thru the hotel is a major plus! Overall great stay and experience. We will definitely come back in the future!

Loved my stay at Hotel Timbri! The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect—close to great restaurants and sights. Definitely a great spot for a San Francisco visit!

Hotel is clean and finishes updated. Staff very pleasant! 1 minute walk to Powell bart station which is great for Warriors/Giants games. Unfortunately the surrounding streets are filled with homeless. Heard yelling randomly throughout the night, constant flow of homeless outside and a view out our window of a handful of them sleeping in the street. 5 stars otherwise as none of that is the Hotels fault.

The room was really lovely, clean and well equipped. We were seeing a concert at the Warfield and so this location was fantastic for us. The hotel was quiet, didn’t hear much from other guests however you do hear quite a bit of noise from the street all day and night. Overall felt like a really nice room, good value for the money.

My biggest issue is that this hotel is listed as being in Union Square on Expedia, which isn’t accurate. It’s actually fully in the Tenderloin. That feels misleading, as the neighborhood is very different and far from ideal. Location aside, the hotel itself is fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice enough, and arguably a bit larger than other San Francisco hotels I’ve stayed in. That said, a few details felt off. Robes are only available upon request, there’s no room service despite having a rooftop restaurant, the in-room water is limited to two 16 oz. bottles with guests asked to refill them in the lobby, and the refrigerators are not stocked despite photos suggesting otherwise. None of these are major issues on their own, but taken together they created a slightly disjointed experience - like the hotel is aiming for a higher-end feel but missing some of the small touches that would make it feel polished and cohesive.
