Staff needs to work on attitude. But other than that the area was pretty decent. My biggest complaints would be the 250 dollar deposit which is asking for a lot, also the blankets were very thin and it would be nice to know that you have to pay for parking

It was a great central location. It was very safe. The staff was very helpful. The bed seemed very small for a queen. It felt more like a full size bed.

The staff was great. There was an issue with our room that was resolved quickly. The only recommendation is that they should not list the beds as queens; they should be listed as doubles or full size.

Nice older hotel near union square. Nothing fancy here. Rooms are small and minimal amenities, but if you're looking for a decent stay in a great location that allows you to walk to bars, restaurants, shopping etc. It's all there. I would absolutely stay there again and probably will soon!

I stayed for one night only. The check in and out was quick and easy. The staff is really nice and helpful. They buzz you in and out of the lobby to keep it safe, regardless of what time it is. It’s perfect for shorter stays. Keep in mind it is an older, dated hotel, so the decor and amenities are nothing super fancy but it gets the job done and was priced super well. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! It’s a cute, older hotel, but I felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was easy to walk to the convention center and many, many restaurants. You shouldn’t expect anything like a hair dryer or microwave in your room, but it was perfect for me!

The hotel is very cute and quaint! The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s always a staff member at the desk to monitor unlocking the front door, which made me feel safe but also somewhat “monitored” by the staff.
