"Very good and helped us when we had problems with BA cancelled our flights to Pisa and we ended up in Bologna with just passports and no luggage. Supported while we collected luggage 24 hours later. Would highly recommend "
"This was a most beautiful place to stay, very friendly staff and a great breakfast. The rooms were quite nice and included a balcony. It would have been nice to spend more time at the hotel, yet we were passing through so didn't get to enjoy all it had to offer as much as we would have liked."
