"This was a wonderful location centrally located to Seaworld/OldTown/Zoo. The only thing was we did not receive any room service while we were there. We were only there 3 nights, but no service was done to room even though I requested it. Housekeeping did bring us coffee when we needed it."

"The room was really dusty. I did the green door tag for no cleaning and towels at 3 days. No towels came and I had to request towels at day 4. Also ran out of toilet paper on day 4 and called the front desk constantly for no one to pick up. I paid to stay untill 2 pm and at 1 pm someone came to open ..."
