"First of all, the room was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled heavily of smoke. Mattress was squeaky and uncomfortable. The door was hard to close and lock. Police and EMS kept showing up on the premises for one reason or another."

"There were a few pieces of cereal from breakfast on the floor under the bed. The pool had quite a few leaves, flower petals, and dead bugs floating in it. Other than that, it was nice that towels were provided at the pool, and the room—including the bed and bathroom—was clean, comfortable, and cozy."
