"A decent room to stay at with a bed and functional bathroom. Cleaning service did not come to our room at all and we didn't have the do not disturb sign on the door knob. Gone for 5 hours at the San Diego Zoo and nothing was done while we were away from the hotel."

"Not as pictures describe. A lot of patchwork throughout building and in room. Damage to walls corners chipped, Holes in some areas, gives a really run down feeling. Lower prices, but you get what you pay for."

"The room was really dusty. I did the green door tag for no cleaning and towels at 3 days. No towels came and I had to request towels at day 4. Also ran out of toilet paper on day 4 and called the front desk constantly for no one to pick up. I paid to stay untill 2 pm and at 1 pm someone came to open ..."
