"Na"

"New hotel enjoyed the thoughtful additions filtered water spicket in the room, tea by the elevator at night, breakfast was fresh and well appointed. Chef was very kind and helpful even after I dropped a plate of breakfast on the ground."

"I love that staff was friendly very helpful. The Fitness center. It was great. The pool was clean. I had no issue with my stay at all."

"The hotel staff were professional, welcoming, and greeted us nicely upon arrival. The rooms were clean; however, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel was undergoing what appeared to be a complete renovation, and many of the amenities advertised at the time of booking were unavailable, including the restaurant, pool, and other facilities. "Desayuno. Ubicación. Habitaciones y atención"

"Wish they had breakfast but other than that it was great clean place to stay"

"The room was nice clean and in the heart of Hillcrest which is where I wanted to be"

"Besides the AC not turning on, during the night, everything else was decent."

"You don’t have as minimum a bottle of water to drink for free. Also parking is expensive and really tight. Room doesn’t have an AC that you can set as your pleasure, just it’s a FAN that makes noise."

"The carts they used to collect garbage and stuff made a lot of noise while being pushed around on the landings, perhaps the hotel should look into rubber wheels, which might not make as much noise."
